Federal / Nationwide Incentives
Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) Tax Credit
Max Reimbursement per Vehicle: Up to $40,000
Class Application: Commercial medium-duty EVs
Additional Details: Applies to Harbinger chassis; stackable with local/state incentives
Requirements: Vehicle must be delivered by 9/30/25
IRS Section 179 Deduction
Max Reimbursement per Vehicle: Up to $1,220,000 (total equipment deduction)
Class Application: Qualifying commercial EVs
Additional Details: Deduct vehicle purchase cost from gross income
Requirements: Vehicle must be placed in service during the tax year
AFDC Laws & Incentives Database
Max Reimbursement per Vehicle: Varies by state and program
Class Application: All vehicle classes
Additional Details: Comprehensive database of federal and state incentives, laws, and programs for alt-fuel and EV fleets

Max Reimbursement per Vehicle: $25K (Class 4), $30K (Class 5 & 6)
Class Application: Class 2b–8
Additional Details: Up to 30 vouchers per customer
Requirements: Must be CARB compliant; register and operate in CA; delivery within 18 months

HVIP Innovative Small e-Fleets (ISEF)
Max Reimbursement per Vehicle: $50K (Class 4), $90K (Class 5 & 6)
Class Application: Medium-duty EVs
Additional Details: Includes infrastructure; limited to 5 vouchers per year
Requirements: Fleets <20 vehicles; CARB compliant; delivered within 18 months
EnergIIZE Infrastructure Incentives
Max Reimbursement per Vehicle: Up to $5M per project
Class Application: Class 2b–8
Additional Details: Infrastructure funding through multiple lanes (e.g., Fast Track, EV Jump Start)
Requirements: Must operate zero-emission vehicles in CA; priority for disadvantaged communities
Zero-Emission Truck Loan Pilot
Max Reimbursement per Vehicle: Loan support up to 25% via CalCAP
Class Application: Class 2b–8
Additional Details: Loan assistance for small fleets purchasing ZE trucks
Requirements: Fleets <20 vehicles; use CalCAP lenders; ZE truck purchase required
Colorado
Clean Fleet Vehicle Technology Grant
Max Reimbursement per Vehicle: $45K (Class 4), $95K (Class 5), $140K (Class 6). Capped at 80%
Class Application: Class 3–8
Additional Details: Stackable bonus incentives available (scrap +10%, VOSB, WOB, MOB, SMB, DAB = +$5K, Located in DAC = +$5K)

ComEd EV Rebate Program
Max Reimbursement per Vehicle: Up to $20,000
Class Application: Rebates for Class 3—6
Additional Details: Public, private, and nonprofit fleets eligible
Requirements: Commercial fleets in ComEd Network
Maryland
Clean Fuels Incentive Program
Max Reimbursement per Vehicle: Up to $80,000
Max per Applicant: $375,000
Class Application: Up to $60,000 (Class 2-6)
Additional Details: Trade-in encouraged (pre-2010 diesel)
Requirements: Vehicles must be registered, insured, and operated in MD
Massachusetts
MOR-EV Program
Max Reimbursement per Vehicle: $30K (Class 4), $45K (Class 5), $60K (Class 6); up to 100% of vehicle cost
Class Application: Class 4–6
Additional Details: Purchasers may only reserve a maximum of 10% of vouchers within an available voucher block
Requirements: Must register and domicile in MA next 2 years; +10% bonus if domicile within an EJ census Block
New Jersey
NJ ZIP
Max Reimbursement per Vehicle: $65K (Class 4), $70K (Class 5), $90K (Class 6); up to 100% of vehicle cost
Class Application: Class 4—6
Additional Details: Bonus incentives available for certified women-, minority-, or veteran owned- business (+4%), small business (25%), scrap bonus ($3k/vehicle)
Requirements: Must register and operate 75% VMT in NJ next 3 years; +10% bonus if domicile within an EJ census Block
New York
NYTVIP
Max Reimbursement per Vehicle: $85K (Class 4), $100K (Class 5), $150K (Class 6); up to 100% of vehicle cost
Class Application: Class 4–6
Additional Details: Bonus incentives available for DAC, small fleet and scrap
Requirements: Register and operate in NY
NYC Clean Trucks Program
Max Reimbursement per Vehicle: $100K (Class 4), $152K (Class 5), $145K (Class 6); up to 100% of vehicle cost
Class Application: Class 6–8
Additional Details: Must operate near IBZ zones 2x/week
Requirements: Scrap vehicle required; vehicle GPS installation and Vision Zero safety features
Oregon
Diesel Emissions Mitigation Grant

Class Application: Class 6–8

Additional Details: Includes cost of 1 charger per vehicle. Closing date: Aug 31, 2025
Requirements: Scrap vehicle required (1992–2009 diesel); continuous TX registration for 2 years
Utah
Utah Clean Fleet Program
Max Reimbursement per Vehicle: Up to 45% of total project cost
Class Application: Class 6–8
Additional Details: Must operate in select counties; minimum 7,000 mi/year
Requirements: Scrap vehicle required (1992–2009 diesel); own and operate for 2 years prior
